💡 Good to know
  • It's right next to Seomyeon, Busan's busiest downtown, so combine the two.
  • Old tool shops still sit between the cafes — part of the street's charm.
  • Weekends get busy; weekday afternoons are more relaxed.

For decades, the lanes of Jeonpo-dong were full of tool and machine-part shops. As young owners opened cafes, dessert shops and little stores among them, the area became Busan’s best-known cafe street.

How to enjoy it

Wander the lanes where faded hardware-store signs stand next to stylish cafes, and step into whichever one catches your eye. Every place has its own interior and its own desserts, so many people come here for a cafe crawl.

Getting there

Walk from Jeonpo Station (Busan Metro Line 2) or Seomyeon Station (Lines 1 and 2).
